Terms & Conditions

This agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Growing Self-Sufficiency (“Company”) and the purchaser or recipient of a digital product (“Customer”).

1. Product Description

The Company offers digital products, including but not limited to:

• The Full Agency 10-Minute Rhythm (free digital download)

• Homeschool Year Done in a Weekend (self-paced digital course)

• The Ultimate Homeschool Planner (digital planner / printable)

Each digital product includes the files, templates, lessons, and accompanying materials described on the applicable sales page, checkout page, or download page (the “Product”).

2. Payment Terms

For paid Products, Customer agrees to pay the price displayed at checkout at the time of purchase. Payment is processed through the Company’s checkout platform and/or payment processor (for example, Systeme.io, Stripe, and/or PayPal, as applicable).

Free Products may be provided at no charge in exchange for an email address or other information submitted by the Customer.

3. Refund Policy

Because digital Products are delivered electronically and cannot be “returned,” all sales are final unless otherwise stated on the applicable sales page or checkout page.

If the Company offers a refund guarantee for a specific Product, the terms and timeframe of that guarantee will be stated clearly on the Product’s sales page or checkout page and will apply only to that Product.

In the event of any conflict, the refund terms stated on the Product’s sales page/checkout page will control.

4. License and Intellectual Property

All Products and materials are the intellectual property of the Company and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Customer is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal household use only.

Personal household use means use within one immediate household only.

Customer may not:

• share, redistribute, reproduce, or resell any Product or any portion of it

• upload files to shared drives, membership libraries, or public/private groups

• modify and sell as their own (including PLR/MRR use)

• claim the Product as their own creation

5. No Guarantees / Educational Purpose

The Products are for educational and informational purposes only. The Company does not guarantee any particular results. Customer is responsible for their own implementation and outcomes.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States.

By downloading or purchasing a Product, Customer agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
